PE | Health Educators recommend giving this handout (above -which should print as a readable single page) to new disc students, in conjunction with the FRISBEE Course Of DISCovery Education (CODE ) 10 lesson PE activity unit plan . The FRISBEE CODE lesson plan  teaches youth of all ages, how to throw a FRISBEE disc straight and far, as an instrument for better health, and as a symbol of friendship. Plus it teaches youth how to respect the land that everyone plays on.
